Your Kenai Fjords Water Taxi
Ensure comfort and safety for your kayaking or day cruise party going to the Kenai Fjords with Weather Permitting. Our fleet of certified vessels are designed specifically for the rigors of water taxi services in the Kenai Fjords, providing a sturdy, balanced and comfortable ride. Our vessels offer both indoor and outdoor seating – with kayak storage options – along with hot coffee and tea as you set off on your adventure.
Our boat trips run daily from the Seward Small Boat Harbor, based on availability. Please check in with our office at 7:00 a.m. the morning of your scheduled departure. With the fleet’s front-loading ramps, kayaks and gear are easily and quickly stowed. The boats typically depart at 7:45 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. and return to the harbor by 6:00 p.m.
Services are offered from Seward to Aialik Bay and Northwestern Fjords in Kenai Fjords National Park. Specific drop off locations include:

- Holgate Head
- Pedersen Point
- Slate Island Beach
- Abra Cove
- Aialik Bay Public Use Cabin
- Aialik Bay Ranger Station
- Bear Cove

Prices plus applicable taxes, fees & fuel surcharge; Weather Permitting reserves the right to increase the fuel surcharge prior to departure based on market value of diesel fuel. All water taxi passengers are required to have a handheld VHF marine radio with them to communicate with our vessels; marine radios are available to rent locally in Seward. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure will be fully refunded. Cancellations 7 days to 48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge. No refunds on cancellations made within 48 hours of departure. No refunds for non-appearance without notification.
