We offer the most state of the art vessel available in Alaska for transporting kayakers; a brand-new jet drive catamaran landing craft with many amenities aimed at keeping our customers safe and comfortable during the scenic ride to the Kenai Fjords. The M/V Weather or Knot has a shallow draft and landingcraft capabilities, allowing us to get you right to shore, no dinghies required. We load and offload in less than five minutes. The double-hulled design cuts straight through the chop, providing a smoother ride than flat-bottomed boats, and its 16' wide stance affords a more stable ride than standard V-hulled boats. This, along with the ample padding on our kayak racks, ensures that your kayaks will not be damaged en route to your adventure. Our vessel has a large, walk-around cabin with large windows, allowing for up close wildlife and nature viewing. It has passed the most stringent tests from the US Coast Guard, and is inspected for safety yearly. We can accommodate up to twenty-three passengers, with seating for fourteen inside, and additional outside seating.
