Weather Permitting is operated by Andrew Wilder, longtime Seward resident. He has been providing water taxi services from Seward since 1999, and has been driving boats, small and large, through Alaska's great waters since 1990. He keeps a keen eye on the marine weather, and knows when to let Mother Nature win. He is very familiar with the landing beaches scattered from Seward to Nuka Bay, and knows the safest spots to land. He will get you where you want to go, safely. He commercial fishes for crab, halibut, and black cod during the off-season. His business partner and wife, Julie, handles water taxi and freight reservations and is in charge of all other logistics and administrative responsibilities.
